CoreCare & ProCare

CoreCare offers world-class Medical, Dental, Life, and Disability plans as well as a generous paid time off package, and both Retirement and Health Savings Plans with company contributions. A state-of-the-art fitness center is also available to all employees and family members, even on the weekends.

All Polaris C&S employees and their families are eligible to participate in our company-paid medical, vision, and prescription plans. Our comprehensive program provides coverage through a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) which allows the employee the ability to choose the care provider without a referral. Employees may also access services from non-preferred physicians and other health care practitioners for a reasonable out of pocket cost. Dental Insurance All PROTEUS employees and their families are eligible to participate in the company-paid dental insurance plan. Participants have access to the extensive list of in-network and out-of-network dentists. The plan provides comprehensive coverage for preventative, basic/major restorative, and orthodontia services.
Polaris C&S provides employees the opportunity to tax defer monies into a medical/dental care flexible saving account to assist in reducing the out-of-pocket medical/dental expenses incurred over the course of the year. Eligible expenses include those incurred by the employee as well as their family members. PROTEUS also provides employees the opportunity to participate in a company-funded dependent care plan which assists the employee in affording care for children and elderly dependents.
Polaris C&S employees receive paid time off for vacation, short-term illnesses, and holidays. Employees are encouraged to use their vacation to rest, relax, and pursue personal interests. Sick leave may be used for his/her own illness or to care for an ill dependent. Family leave is provided to employees upon marriage, the birth/adoption of a child, or the death of an immediate family member. Military leave is granted when required and a pay differential is provided.


Polaris C&S is committed to ensuring its employees save towards their retirement. After three months of employment, employees are eligible to enroll in the 401k Retirement Plan. This plan provides the employee the ability to contribute up to the IRS maximum on a tax deferred basis as well as receive the company match. All contributions are 100% vested and an extensive choice of investment funds is available. Profit Sharing Bonus Pool The company provides all employees an added component to their compensation plan that shares the company’s ongoing profits while promoting the employee's mid and long term commitment to the company and drives incentive for employees to create and share in the increasing value of the company.
Polaris C&S provides all employees with company-paid group life, AD&D, and disability insurances. The employees may elect supplemental life/AD&D insurance coverage for themselves and their family members. The disability insurance coverage includes both short-term and long-term disability. Employees may purchase short-term disability insurance over and above the group coverage
Polaris C&S supports employees in their efforts to handle their personal financial and legal affairs on an ongoing basis. The company provides each employee with an annual stipend that can be used toward the cost of receiving personal legal and financial counseling.

TechniCare offers you more formal methods of training and education via professional seminars and education reimbursement for degree-seeking courses. PROTEUS employees are offered the opportunity to “play in the sandbox” with our Flexible Innovation Tank (FIT) virtual training platform which is free to all employees.


The Mentor Protégé Program was established to provide a platform for enhancing the value of a Polaris C&S employee's career through educational opportunities, direct mentoring, and activities that promote technical growth and excellence.
Polaris C&S strongly encourages continued individual professional growth. In an effort to achieve this, the company pays for ongoing technical training seminars which are pertinent to the employee’s current and anticipated future responsibilities. The company also provides an annual book allowance for employees to purchase books, manuals, and/or study guides. In addition, Polaris C&S fully supports and encourages employees to continue their formal education. The company reimburses tuition, books, and fees related to degreed coursework that is job related.
All Polaris C&S employees are encouraged to be an active participant in a professional association affiliated with their chosen field. Polaris C&S pays the annual association membership fee on behalf of the employee.
