Ms. Stephanie Moss joined PROTEUS in January 2006 in the Human Resources Department, and is now the Associate Director of Human Resources.  In this role, Moss is responsible for recruiting highly talented engineering staff, planning and leading recruiting events, and orienting new PROTEUS Team members. Moss proactively identifies opportunities for professional advancement and readily communicates all aspects of PROTEUS’ highly competitive benefits package and rewarding performance management system to all Team members. Day-to-day, Moss spearheads all HR activities for PROTEUS, including benefits administration, technical recruiting, and office management.

Moss recently earned her Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) and is active in both the local and national Human Resource Associations.  

She received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore’s Merrick School of Business in May 2004 and her Bachelor of Science Degree with a specialization in Human Resources in May 2002.  At her 2002 commencement ceremony, Moss had the honor of addressing her fellow graduates by delivering the Valedictorian Speech.  Throughout her educational endeavors, she earned the distinction of membership in the honor societies of Alpha Chi, Beta Gamma Sigma, and Sigma Iota Epsilon.

In her spare time, Moss enjoys spending long weekends at the beach, traveling to new destinations, and tapping into her creative side by dabbling in interior design.
